1. How can I get the price?
- We usually quote for you within 24 hrs by email after we get your inquiry (except weekend and holidays). If you are urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote ASAP.
2. Can I buy some samples first?
- Yes. Please feel free to contact us. Samples are usually available in 5-7 days after confirmation.
3. Are your product's price negotiable?
- Yes. It depends on your order q'ty. The bigger q'ty, the lower price. "Win-win" between us and customers is our pursuing objective.
4. What is your lead time?
- It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can deliver to transportation ports within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 20-30 days for large quantity.
5. What is your payment term?
- T/T or L/C acceptable. Other ways negotiable.
6. What is the shipping method?
- The products can be shipped to buyers by sea, by train, by air, or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc) according to your request. Please confirm with us before placing orders.

3) The buyers who buy our K, R, U series of microphone system products will be sent our handheld wired microphones (free of charge) by “1 pc sent for every 10 sets bought” ratio.
As our stockpile of the free gifts is limited, the “Rewarding Customers” activity will end when the free gifts run out.
9. Are your products quality-reliable?
