Shandong Hongmin Metal Forming Tech Co.,Ltd was established in 1997. Its predecessor can be traced back to the Jinan Xinhua Mould County Factory in 1982. It specializes in the research and development and manufacturing of roller moulds. The company's products include high-frequency welded pipe rollers, stainless steel pipe rollers, cold-formed steel rollers, as well as aluminum and titanium alloy high-precision roller moulds, and provides magnetic rollers for hot-dip galvanizing of steel pipes. Hongmin has an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of rollers. It is one of the few manufacturers in China that can produce rollers for round tubes (Ф6mm-Ф711m), square tubes (10x10mm-500x500mm), and rectangular tubes (10x20mm~400x600mm). The company's products are sold in 22 provinces across the country and exported to more than 30 countries and regions. Its comprehensive strength ranks among the top in the industry. It is one of the largest production bases of welded pipe rollers and cold-formed steel moulds in China.
