Buyer must be able to track vessel through vessel details information.Once he can track vessel and confirms its in Cotonou, he will sign the SPA and return it with ATB format3. Once ATB is issued, he will go on board to conduct Q&Q and after Q&Q he will place financial instrument and then proceed.
