Currently the most common biomass pellet burner used on the market is the direct burning type, in order to achieve the operating flame, the fuel must be burned at high temperature in the combustion chamber, as a result, the temperature in the combustion chamber is very high and the internal pressure is large, thus the life of the burner will be shortened. At the same time, a lot of unburned fuel ash will be come out together with the flame. More worse, a lot of hard-to-clean coke will be sticked on the edge of the furnace while using for a period of time.

In order to solve the above mentioned defects caused by the direct-burning machine, we (Foshan City Qutong Machinery Co., Ltd.) have developed a Biomass Gasification Combustion Burner, its basic principle is to let the pellets to be gasified at medium temperature to emit combustible gas to assist oxygenation, then it combusts at high temperature at the burning mouth so as to achieve medium temperature, low pressure in the combustion chamber , and the high temperature flame sprayed without dust.
