Using steam or electricity, the air can be heated by fan exchanger, flow through baking plates and touch the food. Fresh air can enter into chamber from inlet and waste air goes out through outlet, which keeps the inner oven at a best temperature and humidity. All the process completes in a closed environment to strength heat exchange and save energy. |
