YEG Collective Tricot Warping Machine

YGE一次性集体经编整经机是我厂开发的高质量、高性能整经机。该机将三只或四只或五只21英寸幅宽的盘头集中一起装在该机进行集中整经；也可以直接做一根整轴放在该机上进行集中整经。由于多个盘头一起整经，长度及张力均为零误差，所以，经编质量好，盘头上无尾纱浪费，整经、织造效率都高。

适用整经根数不多的经编整经盘头。

YEG collective tricot warping machine is a high quality and performance warper for warp-knitted fabrics developed by our factory. The machine can wind yarns onto three, four or five sets of 21-inch wide beams at the same time, can also make a bigger single beam work at a time. The simultaneously-processing make the tension difference zero of yarns among the group of beams. So the machine contributes to a good knitting quality, non-waste, efficiency of warping and knitting.

主要特点：Main Featrures

1、高速度、大卷装、交流电机直接拖动经轴，并由PLC控制，光栅编码器计长测速，变频器实现无级调速，恒线速卷绕。

2、操作界面由先进的电脑系统和触摸屏的智能终端组成，可设定显示各种工艺性能参数；有故障检测系统检测故障。

3、箱体采用高强度厚钢板焊接，强度好，机体重，保证整经平稳。

4、采取左右钳制式双重刹车，通过气顶油增压缸实现制动，保证制动效果良好。

5、气动式上落盘头，盘头拍合夹紧采用电机驱动，机械夹紧，定心准确安全。

6、筒子架上配张力器和断纱自停装置。

7、在车头和筒子架之间增加了一道吹风断纱自停，提高了整经质量。

8、配静电消除装置。

1. High warping speed, great yarn package, direct beam driven by AC motor, controlled by PLC. The warped length and speed are measured and counted by a grating coder, inverter regulated to a constant linear warping speed.
