LGE309 Copy-type High-speed Tricot Warping Machine

LGE309拷贝型高速经编整经机采用电脑变频伺服控制技术，通过变频器、伺服驱动、张力传感器、PLC组成控制系统，对全机动作、张力、测长进行实时控制，从而保证成组盘头的张力、长度和圈数一致。

LGE309 copy-type high-speed tricot warping machine employs computer-controlled inverter and servodrive technology. The control system consisted of inverter, servodriver, tension sensor and PLC makes all actions, tension and measuring a real-time control of the whole machine to ensure interconsistency of tension, length and number of turns of yarns warped in group of beams.

1、根据母盘头的样本，拷贝出成组参数相同的盘头。

2、具有张力在线检测和实时修正的功能。

3、由先进的电脑系统与触摸屏的智能终端组成操作界面，设定和显示各种工艺性能参数，有故障检测系统检测故障。

4、机身采用加强结构，保证机器运转平稳。

5、采用钳制式刹车，通过气顶油增压缸实现制动，保证制动效果良好

6、气动式上落盘头，盘头拍合夹紧采用电机驱动，机械夹紧，定心准确安全。

7、筒子架上配张力器和断纱自停装置。

8、在车头和筒子架之间增加了一道吹风断纱自停，提高了整经质量。
