These Hall-effect sensors are monolithic integrated circuits withtighter magnetic specifications, designed to operate continuously overextended temperatures to +150°C, and are more stable with bothtemperature and supply voltage changes.Each device includes a voltage regulator for operation with supplyvoltages of 3.8 to 30 volts, reverse battery protection diode, quadraticHall-voltage generator, temperature compensation circuitry, smallsignalamplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output to sinkup to 50 mA.
