现将SD-SP-001蛋壳切割器使用介绍一下：

准备一只完整的鸡蛋（大小均匀适中，无破裂，表面光滑），左手握蛋。让蛋的尖头在上钝头在下。

1.将蛋壳切割器平稳的放在鸡蛋上，左手空出大拇指和食指用来控制刀的稳定并用其余三指握蛋，握蛋时注意圆头和钝头（如第一步所说的）。将蛋的尖头放到刀架里，使刀架压实在蛋壳上，如图①所示：

2.用右手将实心球体推至手柄最高处，如图②所示：

3.右手松开实心球，让其自然下落并撞击半球刀架，如图③所示：

4.拿掉蛋壳切割器，并取去蛋壳上方切离部分，如图④所示：

这样蛋壳就被整齐的切开了。
