福建省厨师食品集团有限公司创建于1986年，位于福建省龙海市九湖工业区，占地近1000亩，已有符合国际生产的标准厂房面积及配套工程23万平方米，是福建省食品生产龙头企业，主要产品有：休闲肉制品系列、素食系列产品、米饭系列产品、食用菌系列罐头、果蔬罐头系列、肉食罐头系列、冷冻食品等；集团公司今年正在开发：宠物系列食品、土豆泥系列食品、面食系列食品及调理食品等。公司先后通过ISO9001、HACCP、美国FDA（含SID注册）等国际认证； 2007年还将完成CE、SQF2000CM、HALAL、FORM E、ISO14001、ISO22000、KOSHER等多项国际认证。
集团公司连续十年获得福建省农业银行AAA级信用企业、福建省农业产业化重点龙头企业；“厨师”牌肉制品获得中国驰名商标、福建省名牌。
集团公司现有产业：福建省厨师食品集团有限公司、福建省美味食品有限公司、漳州市沃河畜牧有限公司、漳州市美味贸易有限公司，漳州市美味食用菌有限公司、福建省漳安担保有限公司，集团公司2007年产值将达到10亿，已在筹备上市，预计2008年在中国上市。
