棕刚玉
棕刚玉以优质铝矾土为原料，无烟煤，铁霄，在电弧中经2000度以上高温熔炼制成，经自磨机粉碎整形，磁选去铁，筛分成多种粒度，其质地致密、硬度高，粒形成球状，适用于制造陶 瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光、喷砂、精密铸造等，还可用于制造高级耐火材料。
棕刚玉具有纯度高，结晶好，流动性强，线膨胀系数低，耐腐蚀的特点。经数十家耐火生产企业实践验证，该产品在应用过程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不开裂的特点。尤其是其远高于传统棕刚玉的性价比，更使之成为棕刚玉质耐火材料的最佳骨料和填充料。
产品粒度按国际标准以及各国标准生产，可按用户要求粒度进行加工。通用粒度号为 F4~F320，其化学成份视粒度大小而不同。突出的特点是晶体尺寸小耐冲击，因用自磨机 加工破碎，颗粒多为球状颗粒，锐石牌棕刚玉具有纯度高，质地致密，堆积密度大，自锐性强，韧性好，磁性物含量特低的特点，用其制成的磨具磨削锋利，发热率低，磨削比高，且使用时沾附少；制成的烧结磨具具有烧成后颜色深蓝、不起网状裂纹、无锈斑的特点，适用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光等。
棕刚玉磨料的用途
棕刚玉砂又名石榴子石系属硅酸盐类矿物，经过精心筛选，机械加工，筛选分级等方法制成的研磨材料，主要用于研磨玻璃制品制品，工业除锈及水切割等。（1）对硅片、光学镜头 、精密仪器仪表、抛光玻壳、玻璃器皿、陶瓷石料、皮革、 塑料、金属机件能提高光洁度。（2）可喷砂切割，是制造砂轮、油石、砂布、砂的必须原料。（3）可作为修筑高速公路路面、飞机跑道、耐磨橡胶、工业地坪.防滑油漆等尚佳的耐磨材料。（4）可作化工、石油、制药、水处理过滤的介质和钻井泥浆加重剂。（5）对电镀、核污染的防护具有良好的效果。 (6) 是水洗厂牛仔服喷砂车间用砂.水切割行业优质的配砂。

Brown aluminium oxide
With bauxite, carbon material, iron filings as raw materials, Brown Fused Alumina is restored and obtained through the melting of the brown the brownartificial corundumin the furnace above 2200℃, and made of a variety of particle sizes products by purifying, crystallization, sorting, crushing, magnetic separation and screening methods. Brown Fused Alumina has high purity, good crystalline liquidity, low coefficient of linear expansion, corrosion-resistant and other characteristics.
