功能：检测发动机冷却液温度，判断发动机的热状态，并将温度信号变换为电信号传送给电脑ECU。
To test the temperature of the cooling fluid in the engine , and judge the heat condition of the engine, and then change the temperature signal into electrical signal to pass to computer ECU.
