Vibration-absorbing Flexible Hose
Brief Introduction:
Metal hose which has excellent flexibility and vibration absorbing capacity, is covered tightly by high intensive protecting metal net and fixed by two metal rings at ends with copper fittings, therefore it also has better pressure-resistant capacity.

振协避震管
弹簧减震垫支承的压缩机要求在吸、排气管上安装柔性金属软管（避震管）以防止压缩机通过制冷剂管路传导的震动和噪声。当管道直径小于12mm时，在管道中安装避震管环就够了。
避震管应尽量与曲轴平行。在启动阶段，电机的启动力矩使压缩机向两侧摇摆，而平行于曲轴安装的避震管易于适应这种运动。不允许水平安装的避震管垂直于曲轴。
Vibration-absorbing Flexible Hose
The compressor supported by spring damping cushion is required to be installed with flexible metal hose (shock absorbing pipe) on inhalation and vent pipes, to prevent the shock and noise of compressor conducted through refrigerant pipes. Installation of shock absorbing ring in the pipe is enough if the pipe diameter is less than 12mm.
The shock absorbing pipe shall be close to the compressor as near as possible. And try to make it parallel with the curvilinear axis. The start-up moment of motor makes the compressor to swing toward both sides during the time of start-up, but the shock absorbing pipe installed parallel with curvilinear axis easily adapts to this movement. The horizontally installed shock absorbing pipe is prohibited to be perpendicular to the curvilinear axis.
安装须知
1.本产品呈直线安装，避免安装前后受静态拉伸或挤压；并避免与压缩机处于一条直线
2.产品安装前，不可与硬物碰撞；使用中管体不得与硬物摩擦。
3.用户焊接时应严格控制温度，用湿布保护软管本体焊缝，避免温度过高而使软管本体焊缝融化而泄漏。
Installation Instruction
1.Hose shall be kept in horizontal or vertical position, which is not line with compressors, to avoid static pulling or pressing stress.
2.Any collision with hard thing should be avoided before or after installation, and abrasion of corrugation with hard thing also should be avoided during using.
3.The temperature should be strictly controlled. The welding seam of the tube should be protected by stupe, so that the tube wouldn’t then leak out because of overheating.
使用场合
主要运用于冰柜、家用（汽车）空调、冷冻干燥机等的压缩机与循环管路的连接，用以吸收由压缩机产生的震动，保护整个管路系统。
Application:
Use for connection between circulating tubes and compressors of air-conditions, refrigerators, congealers and etc to absorb vibration caused by the compressors and protect the whole tube system.
