厦门市合力达汽车有限公司成立于1999年，专门从事专用汽车改装和电动车辆的研发、制造和销售的高科技企业，并通过国家质量监督检验检疫总局认证，取得《特殊设备制造许可证》编号：TS2610143-2010。我公司已获得多项外观设计专利，迎宾系列产品获得国家外观设计专利，专利号：ZL200730139145。
郑州合力达电动车辆有限责任公司，位于郑州市高新技术开发区，注册资金人民币500万元，公司投入1000多万元，拥有两处工厂及车间，员工人数达120多名，有专用的装配流水线和配套的玻璃钢车身制造和开发能力，并已形成年产1万台环卫车辆和各种专用车、场地车的能力。
公司专业从事环卫车辆的研发和生产制造，并已开发生产YK500系列环卫清运车、YK1700系列清扫车两大系列产品，同时承接厦门公司的电动游览车、电动巡逻车、电动货车等车辆的装配生产。电动自卸式清运车系列产品通过河南省机动车产品质量监督检验中心的各项性能检测，同时，该清运车和电动清扫车均通过国家工程机械质量监督检验中心的型式试验。2010年公司通过ISO9001质量体系标准要求并取得证书，
公司拥有专业的开发设计队伍，其中工程师5名、高级工程师5名、具有专科以上学历的人员30多名，并与国内各专业高等院校合作，针对电动场地车的特殊需求联合攻关，开发出如：2000W系列的大功率中置无刷电机驱动桥、1.2吨载荷的电动举升机构、具有GPS功能的大屏幕液晶仪表等专用零部件。申请了和清运车结构、箱体、自卸机构有关的3项专利。
公司于2009年于河南宇通重工缔结为战略合作伙伴，为河南多个城市提供环卫车辆以及观光游览车。目前各类车辆已销往全国各地。成为河南省电动车工程协会重点推荐对象。
