晒网版流程
第一步：网框清理干净，上胶（粘网胶）
第二步：拉网。拉网钳
第三步：清洗（天那水）
第四步：烤干（吹风机）
第五步：上感光浆（上浆器）
第六步：烤干（备注：特别注意各种光。我们用的是烤箱）一般上两次感光浆；
第七步：上菲林在晒板机上曝光按照晒版机说明操作；
第八步：水冲；
上感光浆要用天那水和固化剂配用，使网更牢固。

Process of Screen plate Exposuring
The following process, please work it in dark room. Or it is easy to make the screen plate exposure.
Firstly: Conving emulsion on the Screen Frame with mesh.
Please be noted: Before covering the emulsion on the screen frame, must check the screen if is clean. If not, must cleaning with cleanser or Degreasing agent.
Second: Drying the screen frame with emulsion in screen plate oven about 30mins ( 40
Third: Make the film and screen frame close touch. And exposure about 20-30 seconds with 2KW light.. Please be noted: Positive position get positive words, Inverse position get inverse words.
Fourth: Wash the screen frame with normal water until giet clear words.
Fifth: Drying the screen frame with oven or fan.
Sixth: Exposure Finish.
