附：英国BS7176生产使用原料及工艺：

1，本工艺使用原料：

上述Newray (Anwa-1001) Flame Retardant、防水剂、V6等原料，粘结材料Pa/Pu,经混合复配形成能够牢固粘结在布料表/背面的防火涂层。

2，工艺过程：

低温涂敷，在烘干以前将上述防火涂层料使用涂层机均匀涂在布料的背面，要求用千分尺衡量厚度，天平测湿增重；烘干要求：100℃*60SEC一次，150℃*45SEC一次。

3，抽检及质量控制：

A,烘干以后的成品刚出机尾即停机，剪取小样检验防火指标，合格，按照本工艺、本速度等指标生产；B,成品打卷前取样抽检，要求规格：200MM*1500MM*5,按照BS7176测试防火平均值，合格则准予出厂。
