  1. 解酒护肝
          枳椇子:其提取物能显著加速乙醇代谢,降低血中乙醇浓度,提高肝脏乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)活性,减轻酒精性肝损伤。

          葛根:葛根素和大豆苷元能促进乙醇分解,缓解酒后血管扩张引起的头痛,并保护肝细胞。
          蒲公英、菊花:具有明确的保肝利胆作用,能降低血清转氨酶,对抗化学性肝损伤。

  2. 助消化与调节胃肠功能
          山楂、麦芽:富含消化酶(如山楂中的脂肪酶)和有机酸,能增强胃液分泌和酶活性,促进蛋白质、脂肪消化。麦芽所含淀粉酶能帮助碳水化合物消化。
